Massing and materials are in keeping with neighborhood vocabulary; two story massing with low pitched roofs face San Carlos Ave, with a well landscaped buffer along this lively thoroughfare to enhance this gateway into San Carlos. The homes that face club drive present traditional "front' yards without driveways and garages to extend the continuity of the residential neighborhood from the hillside homes above down to San Carlos Ave.
The building exteriors are designed with a blend of modern materials: smooth textured stucco base with accents of residentially proportioned metal horizontal siding and horizontal ship lap siding elements.
Warm, stylish wood accent occurs at the fencing surrounding the property and greets pedestrians with accents of color and texture complemented by Corten steel wrought iron gates, and open entry courts. The wood returns at the entry door as a welcoming portal across ceiling and along two sides briefly as one enters across the threshold.
